Hello Sebastien - I'm sorry, there isn't currently a way to remove the ribbon, but what you could do is conceal it by drawing a shape on your Review feedback master. Here's a screencast I created awhile back for Simon P, who asked the same question: https://jeanette.viewscreencasts.com/5a98bf1854c04b4504d39e1d59ebb195
I thought about the shape on the Review feedback, but I can't do it because I have picture under it and we will see it... I'm trying to do something in this way, pasting the exactly part of the picture hide by the feedback...
Ah, I see! Yes, pasting your picture onto your Review layer could definitely work. Feel free to attach your story file here if you like, and maybe we can provide some suggestions.
What we need is an ON/OFF check box in the Results slide settings for 'Show Red/Green strip at bottom'. Or, access to directly Edit that strip.
Covering up that default banner strip along the bottom with a cropped-out portion of my client's interface graphics is a crude solution, like papering over a damp patch on a wall!

Is there a proper fix for this problem yet?

I will add my voice to this request. Has it been made a feature request yet?
Hi Tim and Guy,
There is not yet an option to remove that banner or edit it, but I'd suggest sharing your thoughts in the form of a feature request.
Here's a way to customize the colors for both the correct and incorrect.
