I have a question slide with feedback responses that branch to another slide to give the learner even more information. Upon returning to the original question slide, however, the feedback response box is still up. How can I make it so that the feedback response box will not show when returning to the question slide? I have tried adding a second trigger to hide the feedback response but it did not work. Do I have to duplicate this slide and link the more info page to a duplicated question slide?

Try setting the slide properties to "reset to initial state" when revisiting.
