Hiding or disabling individual options in Pick One questions

Hi All,

I was wondering if it is possible to elegantly hide individual Pick One options. Currently, it just leaves open spaces where the hidden options would be. (File attached)

As an alternative, I tried to disable the Pick One options as well, but there is no visual indication that they are disabled, other than you can't select them. Can we dim disabled options in some way, using a certain theme or changes to the slide master?
