Hiding the Default Player Triggers

I built a learning segment in which all of the navigation is done via triggers I created from a table of contents.  I need to hide the "next" and "previous" buttons that are showing when I preview it.  I see the player triggers but if I delete them they are still showing when I preview the slide.
