Hi, I have a quiz that must be passed in order to complete the training and get the certificate of completion, this is compliance training so must be passed.
I have turned on the Retry Quiz feature and it works fine, except...if a user clicks on the next button from the failure layer they continue in the course. I would like to hide the next/previous buttons only on the failure layer so the only option would be to Retry the quiz.
Can't figure out how to do this, so any help is much appreciated.
You could remove the prev/next buttons to force the user to do as you wish - retry on failure and continue on success - I added a button on the success layer that will branch to next slide.

Hi Jane! You could set a trigger to hide the Next button when the timeline starts in the Failure layer...
