However, I'm having trouble with them. I put them on a layer (not the base layer) and they were completely ignored by the timeline, as if they weren't even there. I started over and put them in again and they worked like a charm. Then I decided to change the shape... now they won't work again! Can someone tell me what I'm doing wrong?
I haven't tried to create annotation on a multiple layerers, like the mentioned adding annotation on the top layer. I usually have to draw annotation on powerpoint presentation for education purposes just by using a certain online free ppt annotation tool. I can draw and create annotation with image and audio source to make the powerpoint presentation more vivid and convisable to stusents and reciever.
