Horizontal Distribution of buttons

I have 5 buttons, each with a text box in them that I need to distribute evenly across the page. I recall seeing a tutorial with a shortcut to do this, but I just can't find that video anywhere. I know it's just a CTRL+???? shortcut to get them to spread out evenly.
