Hospital Clinic scene / storyline

Hi everyone, I am very-very new to Articulate and not sure if this is the platform to ask this question? If not, please direct me to the appropriate discussion-board.

I want to build an interactive learning scene (for self-directed learning) and eventually for formative assessment as well. (Bit optimistic for a newbie, but I am eager to learn and try.)

The scene must be a mother-and-child hospital-clinic, where the 12 month old baby presents with an illness. In the articulate characters, I can only find adults. Is there a different 'place' where I can find drawings of babies, toddlers and children for my scenarios?  And... anyone of you don't by any chance have a similar template that I can beg, steal or borrow? Please!
