Hi Dan! If you're looking for places to post content and connect it to ELH and create a portfolio, take a look at using sites such as Amazon S3, SCORM Cloud, or Google Cloud also has a free hosting service. See this video tutorial by Tom Kuhlmann to learn more about Google Cloud.
Once you've got your content hosted somewhere, you'll only need the URL of the published course in order to add it to your ELH profile and here's a quick tutorial my colleague Leslie put together of how to add the URL of your content to your profile!
