Hot Keys
Mar 19, 2020
OK, I know I'm missing something here. While I'm designing my slides I want to reset some slides. I go to the slide on the left side and right click and the Reset slide spot is there. The R is underlined which should mean I can use a hot key for it. Well I can't. Does anyone out there know what I am doing wrong? I have to fix 75+ slide that someone else designed.

As there are two Rs I believe you need to press enter.
Although you should be able to select as many slides as you want and do the reset in one go
Not sure this answered the question. I want to add blank slides. I PowerPoint I click on the last slisk and hold down CTRL key + the "D" key and it duplicates the blank slide. The "S" is underlined. If I hold down the CTRL key and hit "S" it saves the project. What am I doing wrong??
Hi Eric,
As Phil mentioned, there are two Rs in that menu, so you'll need to press Enter to activate the keyboard shortcut once it's selected.
If you keep pressing R, it will alternate between Ruler and Reset. Here's also a list of keyboard shortcuts in case you wanted to review:
