Hot Spot & Drag and Drop

Hi there,

I have a slide where I have 6 pictures. When you hover over each of the pictures, I want a box to come up explaining them. I used a change state with hot spots for that purpose.

Once the user reads the pictures, I want them to sort them into two "folders" as a drag and drop interaction.

I don't seem to be able to do both at the same time. If the hotspots are in front of the 6 pictures, I can hover over them but not click them to move them. If I send the hotspots to the back, I can't hover but I can move them. 

Is it possible to both interactions?
