Is there a way to fade in a hotspot with transparency background (20%) and border?
I cannot find a way to format style for hotspot anywhere. If not, is there a workaround for this (beside creating a rectangle shape below each hotspot in each slide which is a lot of work)?
By design a hotspot is not visible to the users, so there aren't any options to change it's color or transparency. You could use a transparent shape as you mentioned, and add triggers to it as you would a hotspot so that it has the same behavior (minus being invisible).
