I have a project that is longer than the screen and contains hotspots that, when hovered over, show a layer. Then it is restored on mouse leave. The feature works perfectly when the published screen is scrolled all the way to the top, however when the user starts to scroll down, the hotspot results flash momentarily instead of opening the layer. I have just upgraded from Storyline 2 to Storyline 3. This was working fine in Storyline 2.
