Hotspot issue only happens for a couple of students



I have a client who has a hotspot knowledge check question and a handful of students are getting it wrong.  Others are getting it right and I tested on their LMS using the browser they are using and am not seeing this error.  I'm at my wits end trying to figure out what the problem is.  The course was built in 360.

Hi Vanessa,

What steps were they able to use to confirm that the user was clicking in the correct spot? Do you know if they were on a different device such as an iPad or tablet vs. a PC/desktop? If some students are getting through it successfully it tends to point to a user specific error such as browser and version, device, or actually answering it incorrectly.
