Hotspot marker in Chrome

Dec 10, 2019

I developed a hotspot question with one correct hotspot and two attempts. It works as expected in Edge and IE. In Chrome, however, it works as expected on the first attempt but on the second attempt the spinning wheel gets stuck on the first click but the final click (without the spinning wheel moving) is actually recorded when the learner clicks Submit.

Is this a known issue? Is there a fix?

I'm using Chrome Version 78.0.3904.108 (Official Build) (64-bit) and Storyline 360 v3.34.20804.0

when you click the try again, the spinning wheel will be sitting where the user first selected and then you click somewhere else. Is that not happening?

It's working for me in preview and I use chrome - see this Peek.  Perhaps I don't understand what is happening.

I copied the  slide into a generic Storyline template and had to swap out the image for proprietary reasons. The interaction is the same. It works fine in Review 360 in IE, Edge and Chrome. It is when we put it on our content server and access it using Chrome that it doesn't work. Your help is appreciated.
