Hotspot not working with browser settings

We have a couple of courses that we assigned to employees with hotspots using the Test Scene feature. Unfortunately if the user's browser settings are not at 100% zoom and their window is not scrolled all the way to the top, the hotspots are not registering correctly and the user is being told they are clicking on the wrong spot, even when they are clicking the correct area. This is in all browsers (Chrome, IE, Edge) and even with pop-up blocker off. Any suggestions?

Hey Stephanie,

I wanted to share some information on how we define bugs and how we tackle them when they occur.

That being said, we are currently tracking user impact and yes, there are others affected.

It is certainly on our radar and we will be sure to update you here when we have information to share.

No workaround, outside of using the Flash output, has been listed for this issue.
