I've created a hotspot on an object, and when it is clicked on, I want an audio file to play first and then lead to a quiz slide. When I preview the entire project and I click on the hotspot, it directs me to the quiz slide, but the audio doesn't play. When I preview just that slide, the audio plays perfectly, but it doesn't direct me to the quiz slide. I tried reordering the triggers but that didn't work. Any suggestions?
Wendy, This definitely helped. I had my triggers on "jump to next slide when user clicks on hotspot" rather than "when media completes." Your simple solution solved the problem! Thanks!
