I have created a Storyline 2 course that works perfectly apart from 2 slides that contain 3 hotspots linking to layers on those slides. They work fine when previewing the course in articulate but when I export a SCORM 1.2 file for LMS these hotspots don't work.
All other hotspots in the course work fine throughout and when you rollover the space where the hotspots are the hand curser icon appears as though they are there but when you click nothing happens.

Have you tried another LMS like SCORM Cloud – an industry-standard tool for testing SCORM output – to see if you experience the same behavior there?
