Hover and click on the same hotspot

Hi all,
I have a diagram and what I want to do is on certain parts I want to put hotspots so as the users hovers over a text pops up "click to learn more" and when they click on that object a layer with information shows. Then on another section of the same diagram I would like to have the same effect.
I tried to put 2 hotspots on top of the same object but since 1 hotspot is on top of the other only one action is executed unless I make 1 hotspot smaller or larger than the other, but the effect is not very seamless and you have to hover on the right spot for the text "click to learn more appears".
I am open to other solutions as well.

Personally I prefer transparent objects over hotspots, but if you do want to use a hotspot you can add two triggers to it. See attached a quick example.
Hi, Tin -- I see that Michael has shared an example to assist, but if you had something else in mind, it would be helpful if you were able to share your file to help illustrate what you'd like to achieve. Please use the grey ADD ATTACHMENT button in the bottom left of the reply box and browse from there! :)
Michael, thank you that worked, why do you prefer transparent objects over hotspots?
Transparent objects allow you to cretae and use states (which may come in handy,e,g, if you have to check that an object was clicked) whereas hotspots don't have states. That's why I prefer transparent objects.
