I just tried changing a static list layout slide (Affinity template) to an interactive slide. First I grouped Bullet 01 and Body 01 (text) to form Group 01. I then added a trigger to change the state of Character 01 to Hidden when user hovers over Group 01. The interaction works if I hover over Bullet 01 only. If I hover over the text area (Body 01) it does not hide the character, even though the two items are grouped.
When a bullet is inserted, it automatically has Hover and Visited states. Text boxes do not come with a Hover state. But if you add a Hover state to the text box, your trigger for the group should work.

Thank you - it worked. I ungrouped the items, added a hover state to the
text box, regrouped them, and edited the trigger. Success!
