Here is the file. It works properly in Edge, IE11, Firefox and Storyline Preview. Not in Chrome (Version 70.0.3538.110 under Windows 10 Pro 64 bits version 1803.
Thanks for sharing your file Luc. I was able to take a look and see the behavior you are reporting.
I had another customer with a similar issue yesterday and the issue seems specific to Chrome, since it does not happen in older versions of Chrome, but I've reported this to my team to investigate as well.

Hey Emily! Thanks for sending your file over to Abel. He's a rockstar, and you're in good hands!
He'll reach out as soon as he's done testing. 😁
Hi
We faced the same issue with objects in a Pick Many activity.
Once any object had been clicked the hover state is crazy.

Hi Leslie and Emily
It seems that with new version of Chrome ( 71.0.3578.98) the bug doesn't appear.
That's great news Luc! Thanks for chiming in to share. I'm no longer able to replicate this issue either :)
