Hover State Not Previewing

Here's an example. The last response shows up correctly when I'm viewing the state edit tab but when I preview it or export it, it shows completely different text. So far my solution has been to delete the current hover state and re-do it. This seems to be working but it's tedious (since I have so many of these) and it doesn't get to the root of the issue. I don't know if the hover state is just glitching or if it's a bug or if it's something I'm doing wrong.

Thanks Leslie, I was told it was probably a corrupted file and that those are unpredictable.

• What version of Storyline are you using? You can find this detail by clicking on the Help tab, then About Storyline.
• Is this happening during Preview, in the published output, or both?
• With your permission, we can take a look at your .story file and will delete it after troubleshooting. If that works for you, you can upload your file privately to our Support team here. We'll test in a similar environment, and let you know what we find!
