I managed to persuade my clients that they didn't want me to create the '2 page pamphlet' that they had in mind to support the rollout of new PC laptops to a whole bunch of people.
Instead I've created a Storyline project that should exist as a real-time job aid for them allowing them to dig down for the info they need.
I need to now put it onto their desktops. the tech folks will handle distribution but what is the best way to make something that will sit on a desktop for 1 click access?
We publish for CD and put the resulting folder on the internal hard drives of the users' computers. There's a .exe file in the folder with the Articulate icon. We create a shortcut on the desktop with the name of the presentation. This has been very effective.
