You can see little line of blue dots acting like an indicator of how many pages have been viewed by now. Ofcourse I can do that manually, just by adding a new filled dot on every next slide I use, but is there a way to achieve that some other, more productive way around?
There is no built in function, which ever method you choose you will still have to build each individual dot for each slide.
Methods I have used in the past include adding to every slide and changing colours to show progress, creating an object on the master slide with different states for each slide and incrementing a variable.
But you still need to create that effect for each slide.
You can achieve that effect by using shapes, variables and state changes.
I've done something similar where I:
1. Put the progress meter on the Slide Master (this will avoid having to use more triggers than is necessary), so if you want it to look like the above, you would draw a bunch of small white circles.
2. Create a CUSTOM state for each circle, for example you can call it VIEWED. You can add the state to one circle and then format paint the rest.
3. Create however many T/F variables as you have slides or questions. For example, if you have 10 slides you want to track, you can create 10 variables like: slide01, slide02, slide03 and so on, Set them to a default value of FALSE.
4. On the master slide, create a trigger for each circle to change state of circle 1 to VIEWED on condition that variable slide01 is equal to TRUE.
5. On each slide, create a trigger to adjust the variable for that slide to TRUE when [something happens] This something could be 'when user clicks NEXT' or whatever other event you have on the slide.

Hi P S and welcome to E-Learning Heroes :)
Looks like you've landed on a relevant thread for what you wish to accomplish.
Have you checked out any of the sample projects above? Variables and states are going to be your friend for that set-up.
I'm sure that someone in the community may be able to help with your design if you wish to share your .story file here.
Hi Leslie,
Thank you for the replay. Now i am using a different style :)
