Can someone please help me sort out my slide numbering, I have reset player and nothing.
From slide 1.6 drag and drop, it is supposed to jump to scene two, but it takes me back to the video which is slide 1.7. I am trying to re arrange the sequence and it just doesn't work, even resetting the player still doesn't work. So we I published the entire project it doesn't go to the next slide(scene) even though all triggers are correct, it still take me back to video slide 1.7.
My back button is jump to 1.5 slide
My next button trigger is submit drag n drop interaction
I suspect there may be branching you are missing in the feedbacks for your Drag and Drop interaction. That may be where the two branches are going back to 1.7. See attached screenshot.
Unfortunately this option didn't work for me, but I realised that one of my feedbacklayers had a trigger that I didn't action it. It is all flowing correctly now, thank you.
