I have changed my PC to a new one. I think I couldn't transfer the ".storyline" file to my new PC. In that case, please advise how I can get back the course from the published URL I created before...?
It looks like Phil has popped in to help you here and he's correct. You will need the .story project file to continue working on or making any updates to the file.
If you have a backup, you may be able to locate the file there to then save it to your local computer.

Option B: get someone on Upwork to rebuild it for cheap. 😉
