I'm creating an eLearning which is not for internal staff so not linked to our LMS. However, I need to collect their company name and job title. I was hoping to ask these two questions using a drop down list. Can I program it so their selection is stored in a data spreadsheet somewhere? I'm using storyline 360

I haven't tried it myself as Google Sheets are blocked at my current place of employment.

Do you have access to Google Sheets? You can use the technique James Kingsley create for a leader board to basically pass user data stored in StoryLine to a google sheet.
