How can I jump to a slide using a variable?

I would like to jump to a slide without using the player menu as admin at runtime.

The thought is:
- Adding a layer with 2 sliders (using variables: sceneID and slideID)
  sceneID=4 slideID=2
- Combining the 2 variables to sceneID.slideID (4.2)
- Then jump to slide 4.2

Any help is appreciated.
