How can I make this zoom effect?

hello. i would like to create a zooming effect, going from the whole slide and zooming in
to the corner. BUT; I want to have a logo in the front of the zooming (big Picture) in the beginning. Is that possible? it seems like if I cant put anything in front of the zoomed Picture? its thepicture at the Arrow ebove that i would like to be showed all the time

Are you saying you want a logo visible at all times? If so, then that would be a challenge. Could you please clarify?
