How can I resize an inserted record screen?

I've made a recording of a process, inserted it into a story and have almost finished all the work that needs to be done on it, but have realised that the story resolution is incorrect. When I change the resolution of the story the recorded screen media remains the same size, is there a way of expanding it so it matches the new resolution? (see attached images)
