Regarding Lauren's example file, you could convert the slides containing the text entry boxes into a Freeform Question. This would allow you to track that slide on your Results Slide and report which response is correct. To convert a slide to a Freefrom slide, you will want to:
Open the slide with the text entry boxes and click on the Insert tab:
From here, you'll want to click on Convert to Freeform and select the Text Entry option:
Now you can provide a correct answer, provide a value (how many points this response is worth), and add it to your Results Slide to be tracked!

Hi Cristian!
I'm happy to help get you started! You'll need to use variables to display this information.
I've created a sample file explaining how to use text entry fields and display the input on another slide.
Please take a look and let me know what you think.
