If you follow these steps, you should be on the right track:
1. Set up a new state for each lock called, for example, Open. This state will show a green, open lock.
2. Create a new True/False variable for each question, with an initial value of False that changes to True when the user answers the question correctly.
3. Use the value of the variable to change the state of the lock when the user clicks the Submit button after answering the question.
Make sure that the triggers attached to the Submit button are in the correct order as you will need to change the variable to True before changing the state of the lock, otherwise the lock's state won't change.
If you are unsure about how to carry out any of the above steps or have any other queries, just get back to me here.
