How can we use multiple numeric entry in a single slide?

Hello Team,

I am working on the input entry for a assessment in course. But there is requirement from client to have 3 different numeric entry box in the way given below: X.XX

But i found it difficult to get the solution for the same.

can any one help me for the same.

Hi Divesh,

How about this?
I have converted the slide into Freeform Pick One Quiz.

You can just hide the Correct / Wrong shape. Don't delete as it is really part of the quiz.

Hi Divesh,

Yes, it will submit the score to LMS as it is considered as a normal quiz.
