I took a look at the blog and the only that played initially was the most recent. I played the others and now when I refresh they all ask if I want to resume where I left off or start over, which means that they all are now trying to play at the same time.
I know that there is an option within Storyline to set whether the Screen recordings play automatically or when clicked or by trigger. It looks like they carried over the play automatically when you embedded them within your blog.
Don't know if you have seen this, but here is how to change that within Storyline.
Thanks Adrian, that was the setting I needed! I do have a complaint about how it displays though. When it first loads for someone the player is stuck on the pause icon when it should be displaying the play icon...as you need to click it or the screen to play. Oh well.
Yeah I noticed the pause icon as well when they first load initially. I am glad that we found the right solution. Let me know if you need any more help.
Hi Chris, did you import your slides from PowerPoint by any chance? When you do this Storyline sets them to play automatically. You can change the settings for each slide by going to the slide properties (the little wheel icon) and change the :slide advance" option to "by user instead of automatically.
You can do this on a slide-by-slide basis or all at once by first selecting all the slides in the story view.

Hi Allisun,
Can you post a link to your blog so that I can take a look myself?
Always Happy to Help,

It's from within the blog. The most recent post, and the post from 6/13 were produced from Storyline.

What if there is no screen recording? I'm just trying to prevent the storyline project from playing automatically? Any ideas?
