Here is an example of a menu where the completion of one topic enables the next button on a menu. On the main menu, all buttons except the first one start off in Disabled state. At the end of each section, I set a variable (e.g. section_xyz_complete) from False to True. Based on these variables, I change the state of the next topic button to Normal.
