I've found the best method for small PDF files is to save the PDF file as images (native to Adobe Acrobat Reader). The PDF file will be saved as one image per page.
I then place them in a scroll pane.

You can save them a HTML (which requires some clean-up work afterwards, and embed them using the WebObject function.

Dennis, when you save them as images do they blur when you enlarge them? What type of image do you save them as...jpg, emf, ??? Thanks much
