How do I erase the previous answer on a Try Again question? I'm essentially looking to reset to the original question state. Even if I select "Reset to initial state" on the base layer, it doesn't reset the question because I'm not actually revisiting the slide; I'm just hiding the "try again" feedback layer to get back to the question.
Have you tried adding a trigger to the Try Again button which jumps the learner to the current slide? If you've also set the slide properties to "Reset to initial state," I think the trigger should refresh the slide for you.
