How do I fix this issue?  Is this a SL issue or LMS issue? 

It appears as if there is not a completion status passing back into LMS when a student selects the 'Yes,' value. The learning activity appears to have been configured to pass a score equal to zero value when that selection is made, but possible completion information is not being passed from the SCORM file to tell the activity to complete when 'Yes' is selected.   As a result, the student who selects "yes", student transcript shows as "In Progress".  When I run a completion report it is not capturing the "in progress" because technically student has not "completed" the course, therefore data is inaccurate.  I have attached the SCORM file.  I welcome any assistance in getting this issue resolved.
