Looking to see how I would be able to get a sum from number variables from each slide to provide an overall score on the last slide. These would be two separate score for the two type of questions I am asking. The selection boxes have a number variables attached to them or they represent a number score. Based on what answer they select would provide a score, then would tally up at the end of the course.
Thank you for sending the information! I was definitely making it harder than it needed to be. I was able to attach number variables to each button then include a trigger that would add all the selections made by the user providing a sum at the end of the course for the each specific question. The issue I am having now is that some of my Layers and States on the last slide will not show when I include the activity in Rise content. I did unclick "Hide Other Slide Layers", not sure what I am missing unless its a kink in the system. It runs just fine in storyline when testing. Any ideas on this?
If everything works in Storyline, but it doesn't work when imported into Rise, I don't have the expertise to help with that. You could submit a case to the Articulate staff (https://articulate.com/support/contact).

Hi, Bobby,
I've seen similar questions recently, so I created a demo file that shows how to track responses. That might help you. You can find it here:
