This course is based on a call. Throughout the call I would like the learner to click on the buttons, but the interaction is not right. The mouse doesn't hover correctly, it looks wierd. It only works correctly when the call starts.
I looked at your file, and it seems like the main issue is that on the layer that opens at 4.5 seconds, the character at the desk is a rectangular object that is sitting over the buttons except to the far right.
Easiest thing might be to copy the buttons onto the layer so they are on top of the character.
