How do I lock a hotspot on a scrolling screen?

Hi -

I have a form inserted as a picture in a scroll box, and a numeric entry box over the score box. Can I lock that entry box to the picture so that if the student does not scroll all the way back to the top, they still hit the entry box? I have attached a screen shot - the entry box is the small square over the AIMS Score box so they don't have to be too far off to miss it. Making the entry box bigger doesn't put the entry in the right place. Thoughts???
