So I am creating a knowledge check slide. The users have to click on three things and get their score to be 3. However, if they can't get their score to be three, how to I make it where they can click on a retry button and make the slide go back to it's original state of nothing selected so they can try again? I have a variable that is keeping score.
Hi Ellyn! Do you have a file started that we could take a look at? If so, you can attach it directly to this thread using the "add attachment" button. That way we can see what you've got set-up so far. :)
Try adding a trigger to adjust the variable "Score" to equal 0 when the user clicks retry.
You also have a trigger to jump to the previous scene when the user clicks retry. Either delete this or change it to jump to slide 1.2 ("Knowledge Check"). Make sure to also set the individual slide properties to reset to initial state when revisiting.

Ok, how about this?

See attached for both changes. Hope that helps!
Hi Ellyn
see if the attached updates work for you.
I added triggers to the retry button to change the state of any object that had a 'clicked' state and also adjusted the score variable back to zero.
That did it! THANK YOU ALL!!
I am so new to this and you guys are a life saver!
