I downloaded my Storyline 2 program to two computers - my desktop and a loaner. The loaner went back to the rental company and they scrubbed the hard drive before I realized I needed to uninstall the program to use it on another computer. Given that's the case, can I transfer the Storyline 2 program to a new computer as long as I have my serial number?
you would have needed to 'deactivate' on the rental so since that hasn't been done you'll need to contact Articulate for them to reset the activation for you.
