My first course was published easily to our LMS and works wonderfully (79 slides with triggers, layers all the great features). My second course is only 4 slides built on a template from the Community. I want to send it to a co-worker so that he can play it as an intro to his presentation. I tried HTML but when he opens it all he gets is the blank player. Have tried 4 times to myself and opened a case with tech support. She told me to use the LMS. Shouldn't there be an easier way?
Regardless of the publish method you use, you'll want to ensure that the user you're looking at sharing it with is testing it in the intended publish environment as testing it locally could cause issues as described here. So if you've published for web, you'll need to upload all the contents of the output file to your web server.
If it is only an intro, and won't involve any interaction (or predictable, repeatable interaction), record a screen shot and send him a video that he can insert in his presentation.

Thanks to both of you. I have more info and options to try. Appreciate the help.
