Are you referring to the quotation marks that are placed in captions created during a screen recording? There is no default way to stop them from appearing, but once you generate the screen recording slides those captions will be editable and you can remove the quotation marks.
This would be a nice feature to be able to toggle on/off - quotes have a very specific meaning and function in our software, so I have to manually remove them from instructions to avoid confusion.
You're welcome to request the feature here, and I'd definitely include the explanation of why you need this for your recording based on the software you use.
