How do I rename the published file names for our intranet servers?

I am using Articulate to replace files on my company intranet website that were originally created using Captivate. For our purposes we call them tutorials. I currently link each tutorial to a home page so the user simply clicks a hyperlink to view the desired item. The home page file on the server links to the tutorial file stored on the server.

If I add a set of files to the folder that are all named “story”, the server responds with a prompt asking me if I want to replace the existing files. How can I set up hyperlinks from my existing home page  to each tutorial created in Articulate?  Setting up individual folders for each tutorial is not an option. Any suggestions? Or is this not possible with Articulate?
