I've read a few articles here about building and showing your portfolio. Most of my work is done in the corporate environment, and I am not able to share it.
However, I have worked on a few modules at home, and I want to show them on my website. How do I take a web published story and show it on my website?

It'll depend on how you're able to upload/embed content on your own site. There are some directions here you could review and there are also a few free web hosting solutions in this article.
