How do I show "scores" on a Likert scale inventory in Storyline 2?

Hi All,
I am creating an ungraded survey that uses Likert scale, similar to a Myers-Briggs style personality inventory, so (for example) if they score 1-5 they are like an "apple;" 6-10 they are like an "orange," 11-15, like a "pear" and so on. The idea is to create something that looks and works like the "quizzes" commonly found on Facebook (e.g., which LOTR character are you most like?) - except this one is based in actual scientific research!
I looked through the forums & it appears that this is "doable," but I can't figure out exactly HOW to do it. Can someone point me to step by step instructions?
Your help is much appreciated!
Thanks!
Karen

Hi Karen,
Have you seen the example in this thread? It starts with a discussion of quizmaker, but you could do a similar set up in Storyline.
