In the Sync Animations with Audio video, Tom talks about adding a gradient to a newly inserted side from the Design tab. But, when I do that, the change is reflected on all the slides in the scene. How do you add a gradient for one slide without impacting the other slides?

Personally - I would just add a shape with a gradient and place it as "background", but I am sure there's a much more elegant way to do it
