Just open that .story file in Storyline 360 and voila! You'll be told that a back up copy will be created that you could use in Storyline 2, and then the file will open in Storyline 360. Detailed a bit further here.
Storyline (all versions including Storyline 360) is a Windows based application. If you're like me and using a MacBook, you can run Storyline and Studio inside a Windows virtual environment. The best of both worlds!

I am using a macbook. Can I import my .story file to 360 on the web?
